At Procurementra, we see procurement not as a support function, but as a strategic engine for growth, innovation, and long-term value creation. We believe that every decision—no matter how small—can spark meaningful impact across an organization. That belief forms the foundation of our consulting approach, where strategic thinking is paired with practical, execution-focused delivery—ensuring every engagement drives measurable and lasting results
Procurementra was founded by Imran Munir, a seasoned procurement and supply chain leader with over 22 years of cross-industry experience.
Imran’s career spans senior roles in multinational and regional organizations across sectors such as FMCG, manufacturing, packaging, logistics, textiles, and distribution. Having managed procurement portfolios from $5 million to over $150 million, and delivered over $10 million in direct cost savings, Imran brings both scale and precision to Procurementra’s philosophy and operations.
Throughout his journey, Imran witnessed a recurring pattern businesses across industries consistently underestimated the strategic potential of procurement. Procurementra was built to address this gap—to help organizations elevate procurement from a cost center to a driver of innovation, agility, and enterprise growth. Over the course of his career, Imran has led transformative projects that reflect this mission—ranging from optimizing regional logistics networks to reduce freight costs, to developing scalable contract manufacturing strategies that minimized CAPEX while enabling rapid product development and portfolio growth. These initiatives directly contributed to increased revenue and faster time-to-market for several leading brands.

He also led the digitization of indirect spend through automated sourcing workflows and real-time dashboards, and successfully built greenfield procurement functions from the ground up defining policies, onboarding vendors, and establishing KPI frameworks. His expertise in category strategy and supplier rationalization unlocked savings and reduced risk, while his work in governance led to the creation of SOPs, risk controls, and compliance tools aligned with international procurement standards.
In parallel with his corporate achievements, Imran’s second passion is a passionate educator and corporate trainer. As a respected academic and corporate trainer, he has delivered workshops and development programs on entrepreneurship, procurement strategy, and supply chain transformation for a wide range of corporate clients and executive forums. In parallel, he has served as visiting faculty at institutions such as UMT, UCP, and others, teaching core management subjects including leadership, entrepreneurship, supply chain management, and operations. This commitment to continuous learning and capability building is deeply embedded in Procurementra’s approach—empowering clients not just to solve problems, but to strengthen internal teams, drive innovation, and sustain long-term value.
Whether you’re navigating a procurement transformation, launching a greenfield function, seeking cost efficiencies, or building strategic supplier partnerships—Procurementra is here to help you make every drop count.
